+: I really liked the attitude with which the staff handled my complaint regarding the room we were initially accommodated. The first room was in the distant building, was old and needed apparently a renovation, also the air conditioning unit was very noisy, so was the air conditioning units situated outside the room. I sent a complaint to the hotel mgt via Booking and they reacted immediately offering me a better room in the main building near the pool. However in this room the rack of the air condition was very dirty, cleaning staff need to take care of it more carefully. Generally the overall impression is good. The pool is very good - large, with different depth. Breakfast is average. Pattaya since my last visit became more polluted unfortunately. Though it has never been a place for beach vacation but it was never that polluted and unhealthy.

+: Wunderschöne Hotelanlage in optimaler Lage. Die Mall Terminal 21 und der Foodmarkt ist um die Ecke, pattaya Beach ist ebenfalls Zufluss zu erreichen. Gutes frühstück, toller Pool, saubere Zimmer…

+: Die Poolanlage ist einfach echt super. Das Personal ist super freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Direkt am Ausgang des Hotels ist ein kleines Restaurant mit Mini Shop für Getränke usw. Desweiteren kann man dort auch den Wäscheservice nutzen. Parkplätze sind ausreichend da. Frühstücksbuffet mit sehr grosser Auswahl.

-: Die Klimaanlage in unserem Zimmer hatte nicht mehr die beste Leistung allerdings wird das Hotel gerade renoviert und die Zimmer bekommen neue Anlagen. Die Poolliegen-reservierer gehen einem ganzschön auf den Keks aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts.

-: Room - We understand the rooms are undergoing refurbishment which will definitely enhance the resort. The room we were in, although clean, was tired - and definitely needs brightening up. Drapes give the room a heavy feel, and the lighting in the room and bathroom is not bright enough. We had a look at one of the rooms that had been refreshed - it will be great when the works have been completed. Breakfast - we noted that the asian dishes were varied daily, but the cereals, pastries, eggs, and fruit etc were the same every day. Some variety would be appreciated. Also, the fruit juice appeared to be reconstituted. Fresh juices would be better. There were issues with the internet - it was not available for a few days. We were told it was beyond the resort's control, but we were not informed until we asked. A note could have been provided informing of the wifie issues. Towards the end of our stay, we were advised that the password changes and everytime you leave the resort, you are required to reconnect to wifi. This information should be provided at the beginning of your stay.
