+: Het was een prima locatie aan prima strand. Het ontbijt was fantastisch. Schone grote kamers. Maar prijs kwaliteit verhouding niet ok.

-: Het hotel is echt veel te duur. De kamers zijn al prijzig, maar je betaald voor een kind vanaf 12 jaar, ook al neem je geen extra bed, bijna € 80 per nacht extra. Wij besloten om geen extra bed te nemen maar moesten evengoed €470 extra betalen voor 6 nachten. Dit was niet duidelijk bij de boeking.Wat ongezellig op het strand. Geen parasols of muziek. Personeel in het restaurant spreekt vaak geen of slecht engels. De Spa in Het hotel wordt op dit moment gerenoveerd. Waarschijnlijk komt dit omdat het laag seizoen is. De huisjes zijn groot, maar afgesloten met schutting of planten. Veel privacy maar niet ons ding. Je had geen uitkijk op tuin of strand. We hebben leukere hotels gezien voor veel betere prijs.

+: I was planning for a nice getaway, and I honestly I didn't think this resort will be as amazing as it was! Yes, the trip to get there wasn't easy, especially considering flying oversea on the same day and going for domestic flight, car rides, and a ferry to reach. But it was 100% worth it! The vibes, the comfort, the staff, the activities, the food, everything was perfect! Thanks to Bam, Nai, and the others for doing an amazing job :). We were thinking to stroll around the island but honestly we just decided to stay at the resort and enjoy our time there which was a great decision to be frank. Also, the beach was literally the BEST beach I've ever seen.

-: I would love to have more Halal food options that are clearly labeled as it was a bit of struggle to ask the staff for the ingredient in the food we were eating due to them not being able to talk in English. Otherwise a perfect destination for friends, couples, or small family!

-: - peut être la saison (ou les autres voyageurs :-) ), mais le restaurant bar étaient un peu tristes et vides le soir. Manque d'un peu d'animation.

+: This was a family break Koh Kood small island it’s a villa type resort with different types of expense depending on what you book due to the island size the resort that you stay in has the full monopoly on breakfast lunch and dinner and yes top dollar charged accordingly this is not cheap place

-: The monopoly they have on your eating as not a lot else around chasing to get your room clean at the price we paid for four night I would expect service above and beyond the staff are very nice but when there is not a lot of them then service suffers but the price never suffered So we dragged our bags to reception when we where leaving they were due to pick them up but never turned up The pathway to the beach from resort has some very large rocks which if you don’t notice them your on a trip to the hospital but they have not noticed this health and safety issue and doing nothing about it I can stay the staff are nice people who more than likely under paid Is this resort value for money or a rip off It’s a rip off for what it is
