-: More culinary. It's quite a hill up The main floor get flooded during rainy days and is very slippery.

+: Dairemiz temiz, konforlu ve çok kullanışlıydı, ihtiyacımız olan herşey düşünülmüş, özellikle rus ailelerin tercih ettiği Karon bölgesinin merkezinde, plaja, restaurantlara ve marketlere yakın, 4 kişilik bir aile olarak çok memnun kaldık.

+: First thoughts on arriving at the appartment was 'Wow'. The appartment is huge, spacious, immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and well equipt with everything you need for a stay. Communication with James was excellent from the initial booking to the end of our stay. We were a family of 5, the location for us was brilliant, lovely and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the main area of Karon beach, close enough though to the beach and all local restaurants and bars at this end of Karon Beach. The apartment was cleaned regularly with changes of linen and towels and the added bonus of having a washing machine was great. James sorted us a transfer from the airport which really helped, especially when arriving in the evening after a long flight. Easy to get to other areas such as Kata, Patong and Kamala beach.

-: We tried to use the gym at the complex on a few mornings however it was always locked despite being past the opening hours.

+: The place is very good, facilities work well and clean

-: Baby cot was provided without bed sheet.Cleaning not every day, but every 4th day.The hotel is located very high, not easy to walk.Karon beach is behind dangerous road without pedestrian cross nearby
