+: Villa within a resort which serve breakfast. Grab is easily available and 10 mins to Boat Avenue. Staff clean the villa daily.

-: Hot water shower pressure is low. Pool pump is noisy.

-: Dirty. Very uncomfortable bed. Broken pool cleaning equipment that beeps every 5 seconds, you can hear it inside and it prevents you from sleeping! Very bad breakfast.

+: Location of the villa. Swimming pool privacy. Spacious villa. Friendly staff. Laundry service.

-: Old furniture. Mosquitoes and insects alot inside the villa, there are gaps in doors and windows frames that allows them to enter. Noise caused by construction work in the adjacent villa during the afternoon. Breakfast buffet is very limited and did not like the taste.

+: really clean property and villa! nestled in Layan area, it was a nice getaway from the hustle of the town!
