-: I had booked a room with a balcony, but there is no photo showing the balcony of the facility on the site, so I am uploading it. Here is the balcony of my room... I used my 1-week reservation and left on the 2nd day.

+: There was nothing I didn't like stayed in over 10 hotels in Pattaya levana by far the best the staff were amazing even arranged a birthday surprise for my fiancee very polite very curious staff and manager Definitely worth a higher star rating 😃😃😃😃

+: Staffs,breakfast,room and location are all great.

+: Great location, nice and quiet area, convenient, staff were friendly and helpful, tv channels were great. Pool was really nice

-: The breakfast was not very good. Not everyone eats pork, so options are not great if you don't eat pork and not really very filling. Rooms were a bit noisy from noise in the hallway
