+: Location was perfect, right in front of BTS.

-: The last day before we checked out there's no water available from the tap including the toilet, that's the first time I ever encounter such thing in a decent hotel.Also, during the stay, we were told the hotel do not provide water for the check out day, which is insane to me considering 2 bottles of waters per cleaning is obviously not compatible for the hot weather in Bangkok. Not to mention we only asked for room cleaning once during the stay, We're entitled to ask for more water in my opinion. Or at least a water dispenser machine that we can refill the kettle. Instead of asking us to buy a bottle of water for 40 Bhat

+: The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. The adjoining coffee shop had tasty food but service was slow due to short staffing but the existing staff tried their best

-: More staff in the coffee shop excellent location, good value for your money and I’d highly recommend it for everyone!

-: Nous avions qu’une nuit donc rien à signaler

+: Die Lage ist super. Bts Sulasak ist unmittelbar vor dem Hotel.

-: Sauberkeit ist hier nicht zu erwarten. Zimmer Service ist nicht wirklich für ein 4-sterne Hotel ansprechend. Wir sind als Familie Reisegruppe hier gewesen und hatten 5 Nächte gebucht.Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist also schlecht.
