+: All the facilities were excellent.

-: We did not like the initial check-in process. The guys at the reception had allotted us a room which was not as per our booking. Initially, they showed us an inferior room. When we told them that we had booked a sea-facing double-bedded suite room, then only, they had provided us the same. This should not have happened.

+: This hotel is an absolute paradise! Everything was absolutely perfect, and we had the most wonderful stay. I would highly recommend that people book the larger suites, as they have a truly stunning view and are incredibly spacious.The hotel has a fabulous breakfast selection with a wide variety of choices. The pool area is fantastic (except the selective system) with an excellent bar pool and super friendly staff. The pool itself is kept immaculately clean. The lobby has a big projector screen as well as a billiards area, which gives really fun evening hangout. The gym is also extremely well-equipped and clean.The hotel's location is just amazing - you have the beach right in front, and there are wonderful Asian, Turkish, Italian and other restaurants all within a 10-minute walk. You can even rent bikes in the area to explore.I will definitely be coming back to this hotel again! It was an absolute dream vacation.

-: I was quite disappointed with the pool system at this hotel. While they have a few different pool options and the pools are amazing the setup seems overly complicated and restrictive.Let me explain : The hotel has a private pool area for the villa guests, which makes sense. However, the main bar pool area is not deep enough for actual swimming - it's more for relaxing than getting in the water. Next to that pool, there is another much deeper pool that would be ideal for swimming. But that pool is only accessible to guests staying in the rooms directly in front of it. Even though the pool is in an open area that's visible to all guests and seems like a main pool, you need to provide your room number to use it. Although we stayed in a suite we were not allowed to swim there. We stayed during the off-season when the pools were completely empty, yet we still weren't able to access the nice swimming pool. I found this pool system to be very strange and limiting, especially for a hotel of this size. The private villa pool is understandable, but the restrictions on the main hotel pool area seem overly complicated and disappointing. I hope this system can be lifted or show more flexibility especially during low season when they are empty.
