+: très fonctionnel, très central, très calme et au centre-ville

+: Location was fantastic being so close to everything in Old Phuket Town. The facilities were clean and modern. Had a minibar with a variety of snacks and beverages.

-: The bathroom had a bad odour the whole stay. Also the hallways echo through the building very loudly. We had some neighbouring guest who were cleaning their shoes in the hallway by slapping them on the stairs at 7am, it was so loud it they might as well have been in the room with us. There were rarely any staff on site. Our room had no external window, only a small one facing into the hallway.

+: Hotel is in an excellent location in the heart of Old Towne Phuket. My room was small but it was just me so it was fine. Bottled water is provided daily. There is a Michelin Award winning dessert cart across the street and a nice food hall a couple of doors down.

-: The mattress was on the firmer side. No washcloths or hand towels are provided. Because of the in-room AC unit, you had to be in the room for electricity so the room was warm when you returned. There is no elevator but it's only one flight of stairs.
