+: Location wise its quite reasonable, about a 2 min walk to 7-11 and restaurants and about 6 mins to the beach. Its in a very quite residential apartment complex on a street that has a guard at the end so very safe and secure. The apartment itself is over two floors with the bedrooms on the top and the living at the bottom. The pool is amazing and not heated so its VERY nice to cool off during a hot day. The electricity and water is included in the cost so that its a nice touch given more apartments in Phuket are pay for use. The beds themselves were very comfortable, not too hard, not too soft. The living area is large and the TV included netflix and a few other options so plenty to keep the family entertained. The Prima villa team were very nice and very accommodating with almost any request.

-: The apartment is starting to show its age quite a bit. Scuffs on most walls, the floor inslide and out is starting to really show its age. The bathrooms are very dated also. Everything is VERY clean, they are just starting to look a bit old. There were not enough glasses in the apartment, something you would think would be easy to keep updated but they really should add a few more that are not just beer mugs.

+: Sehr schöne Unterkunft und von der Lage her auch sehr gut 👍 Hat alles super geklappt mit den Gastgebern, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

-: Es gehört sehr viele Kleinigkeiten die Repariert gehören

+: The location was nice, its around Kata-Karon beach area. Easy to going to other places. Especially if you were a kind of familyfriends group. It's worth. Also nearby the 711, restaurants, convenience store etc.

-: I wish a little bit clean but just only wash dishing sink and the fridge, the rest all great.

+: Amazing property and location! I highly recommend this house.
