-: منزل متهالك فيه صدا وروائح الصرف تطلع عليك أحياناً ومغاسل الحمام إذا أستخدمتها يطلع المويه في المطبخ سكن يحتاج صيانه أحد الأيام رجعنا ولقينا مروحة السقف منكسره وطايحه وقالو انتم اللي كسرتوها وحملونا أيها في السعر ولا يوجد من يحمل الأمتعه وكله درج متعب ولايوجد أصنصير

+: Great location close to the main shops,restaurants and beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great view over beach and surrounding town

-: The location is great but you will need to be active to manage the steep slope and flights of stairs.

+: Toplage, toller Ausblick über die Bucht von Kata Yaii. 200 Quadatmeter Wohnraum., eigener kleiner Pool. Alles fussläufig erreichbar.

-: Einrichtung, hauptsächlich Küchenzeile ziemlich abgewohnt.. badezimmer etwas spartanisch

+: We absolutely loved this accommodation. We were in the penthouse with the private pool. The area was super spacious - a beautiful outdoor area with some sun beds & an outdoor table. Inside was two bedrooms with a really spacious living areakitchen in the middle. We actually loved hanging out at the apartment - a few stairs to the top but was worth it. It's a close walk to the main area of Kata so lots of restaurantsmassage parloursconvenient stores. Easy to get around & the beach was a short walk which was nice. We would highly recommend this accommodation and would come back ourselves.

+: Vue imprenable depuis la grande terrasse et le salon entièrement vitré. Espace de vie très grand, deux chambres et sdb individuel. Sur papier, ça claque

-: Il serait grand temps d’entretenir les lieux. Les fixations murales ne tiennent pas, l’écoulement des eaux de la douche est catastrophique, et j’en passe. Attention: troisième étage avec des escaliers très raides, et rue en forte pente. L’arrivée à pied est systématiquement provocatrice d’une bonne suée

+: Nice cosy,spacious clean apartment. Good location to the main road and near the beach.

-: If a person has issues with legs,the apartment is up the hill and there are lots of steps to reach the 3rd floor.
