+: Only adults hotel means no shouting kids and cosy atmosphere during the entire stay. The views from the buffet breakfast is splendid. The staff is very charming and helpful.

-: One minus point: the beach access; even if you can see the beach from the seventh floor, it takes you 5 minutes to reach but you have to walk through crowded streets so not really safe.

-: Noise from construction (which is temporary) made us to have breakfast inside. But that’s tiny inconvenience:)

+: It's a nice looking hotel with clean rooms and a bright feel.

-: Well, half the reason we picked this place was gym and sauna. - the gym was literally closed every single day we were there, with a paper note on the door about construction or something - you have to call the desk to have them turn on the sauna and ice room, which means hours before it's actually ready So I feel kind of ripped off. I know they also have yoga classes and studio stuff, and maybe that was awesome, but that wasn't what we were there for.

+: The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The location was excellent, and the room was top-notch and clean. Hasnah, the receptionist, helped me every day with tracking my lost luggage from the airport. Special thanks to Hasnah!

+: Die Lage ist etwas speziell, zur Zeit viele Baustellen in naher Umgebung, jedoch ist das Sole Mio eins der eraten Hotels in dem Viertel Neu und sehr gut ausgestattet. Frühstück ist Landes typisch eher Durchschnitt, Sauna und Dampfbad Super. Restaurants in Fußnähe Strand etwas verborgen aber auch in Fußnähe und herrlich !!
