+: The location is perfect a walk away from the 2 famous Kata and Karon beaches,Surrounded by Shops and restaurants.The cleaning lady is an angel 🙏

-: The shower smells

+: Very personal and made to feel very welcomed from the minute we arrived. Great location and restaurant was great. Beds were very comfortable and slept really well.

-: Bit tired particular the bathroom but the price reflects this. Everything worked well.

+: I highly recommend this hotel!!! The room were super comfy (especially the bed) and beautiful decoration.I loved the beach bag with a mat and towels, great idea!!The staff was super friendly and helpful, they even drove us to our next hotel when we checked out !The housekeeping lady was the best, a wonderful woman with a good heart.The food at the restaurant was very tasty and at reasonable prices.

-: Kata is a noisy place as it's full of life during day and especially at night, so of course you can hear the traffic in the room. And unfortunately for the owners there is a massive construction site right at the back of the hotel...But to enjoy the entertaining heart of kata and still have access to the beach, it's the best location !

+: We enjoyed our stay here. It was conveniently located a short walk from the beach and shops. Comfortable bed and cold fridge for drinks.

-: We came back one day to a note on our door asking us to go and speak to them about paying. Not sure why as the same lady said she wouldn’t be there the following day, but she was there when we checked out the following day - avoidable stress!

+: Sijainti oli hyvä, omistaja oli suloinen vaikka näin hänet ainoastaan kerran ohimennen

-: Olisin toivonut että varauksen yhteydessä olisi kerrottu, että alakerran ravintola on remontissa oleskelumme aikana. Pyyhkeitä ei vaihdettu koko siellä olomme aikana.

+: Duży pokój, duże wygodne łóżko

+: Blisko do nocnego targu i miejsc, gdzie coś się dzieje. Do plaży nieco dalej. Duże łóżko i sprawna klima.

-: Stan łazienek (brak jakiejkolwiek firanki w prysznicu sprawia, że robi się powódź. Do tego bardzo niefajny zapach z łazienki (kanaliza?) - u nas w pokoju nie było tego tak czuć - tylko w łazience, ale w pokoju kolegi ten smród wydobywał się na pokój i taras.
