-: Never give bad reviews but felt I had to get this off my chest. You’re a high end hotel that charges high end pricing for your upscale rooms, if your customer asks for Coke Zero instead of the coke you give complimentary in the fridge (most adults drink Diet Coke) don’t say “sorry we can’t do that” you have Coke Zero on your property, you literally sell it at your bars and restaurants, it’s a simple task that won’t cost you anything more and it’ll make your customer happy. If your customer asks for another mango for the fruit basket in the room on day 3 of their stay don’t say “sorry we only give fruits on day 1” it’s a mango and it’ll cost you 10 baht, simple gesture that’ll make your customer happy. If your customer asks “can you drive me to front gate instead of lobby (which is an extra 10 second drive) don’t say “no we don’t do that” it’s a simple easy task that’ll make your customer happy. Your first answer to any request that won’t cost you anything or minimally as a high end hotel should be “yes of course we can do that”
