-: No one was at the reception we waited for an hour and and we had to pay for electricity

-: Everything is old broken. Smell of the room was horrible. I saw cockroach in our room. Just waste of money. We lived in phuket for a 1 month it was our worst stay. Not recommended at all.

+: good location, nice and quiet, host is friendly.

-: wifi was slow some days fine for normal browsing but not ideal for zoom meetings. There is Veloche wifi accessible from the lounge which is super fast. Bed was a little hard.
