+: Beautifully modern and well fitted out condominiums. Sea view rooms on the higher floors really nice as you can se Ko Larn island. Will definitely return but would like to experience the 2 bed suite as they look really spacious, good lounge and dining area with a jacuzzi on the balcony. But hey, I was on my own and didn’t need more than a one bed. Top class though! I’d also like to say that the staff we always exceptionally helpful, so would like to thank them all for that. In particular Mr Beer made me feel at home straight away. Housekeeping do a great job also!! Good location for me personally away from the hustle and bustle of central Pattaya. You can dip in and dip out of central as you choose. Plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes within 5-10 min walk. Went I next come to Pattaya, it will be the Elysium that I stay 100%.

-: The below are not so much ‘dislikes’, rather, improvement opportunities as these minor things are massively out weighed by the good:1.) some additional glasses e.g. tumblers, wine glasses etc. Also more kitchen ware and cutlery in general. There was only 2 large plates, 2 mugs, 2 tall straight glasses and two sets of knifes and forks. Also maybe a small complementary washing up liquid and sponge or cloth to get you started. This was fine for me as I was a solo traveller, however just means the cupboards were sparse and constantly washing the pots. 2. No room service for food or a restaurant on site, would be nice to have something, even small. At least so you can grab breakfast. I get that this is a condominium complex, some are sold, some are not, looks like the deal is that some are rented out (maybe ones that are owned or not sold yet), I’m not sure. So it’s kind of hybrid if you like. But just those little additions would be great.
