+: The staff was incredible. Front desk, housekeeping, the maintenance man all were so friendly, kind and very efficient. The location is superb; a 10 minute walk to Bangla Road but yet on the quiet end of the beachfront road. I stayed in one of the service apartments which was spacious, comfortable, a great balcony, plenty of storage and a moderately equipped kitchen; enough to cook 3 meals per week during my 2 month-long stay here.

-: No ceiling fans in the rooms and I noticed other apartments had them.

-: The heavy noise of the neighbors...drunk from 5 to 8am.

-: There is no left and the room was in 4th floor,and we should carry our laguge, no one offered any help,a lot of instructions, but for one night we could support no issue
