+: All the staff were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble, Beam who served us most days was a ray of sunshine, pool area was great and the breakfast was really varied with something for everyone.

+: All staff friendly and helpful, room was great with lovely king size bed.Swimming pool was amazing, close to kata and Karon beach with free shuttle
-: Was a bit far from airport but saying that no noise when heading to bed and never really busy. Also no microwave to heat up food otherwise everything else you need is there.
