+: The best thing about this hotel, is the views from the poolhotel room and the nearby town, it has lots of nice restaurants.

-: This property is unfortunately the result of lack of tourism during Covid. The pictures you see online of the pool area are from the truth, all the sunbeds don't have cushions or if they do they have big holes in and the colour is damaged by the sun that they look moldy. The food was really poor and the breakfast was terrible. The sad thing is, this hotel has the potential to be a 5* resort, but honestly needs a huge invest for a total refurb. I do believe that this refurb will happen eventually otherwise I imagine they will be forced to sell, as the hotel was not overly busy. Overall this hotel before Covid was probably beautiful, but unfortunately now it has completely lost its touch and I would not recommend until they have done a refurb on the hotel.

+: Staff were generally helpful

-: Hotel was run down and in desperate need of renovation. All the facilities were closed. Nobody else was around it was like a ghost town. The location is very isolated. Once the tide is out your literally stranded there because the only way to the hotel is by a 30 minute longboat from tonsai pier. And to top it all off the room was infested with lizards and mice we had to move room. Would have checked out and stayed somewhere else but there were no rooms left anywhere on the island so we were stuck

-: Kłopoty z klimatyzacją,samochód który miał dowozić do pokoju nie zawsze dostępny kilka krotnie musiałem iść do pokoju co było nie lada wyzwaniem ponieważ mój pokój był na samej górze,śniadanie bardzo słabe z małym wyborem,najgorsze co było to droga do resortu nie oświetlona po skałach podczas przypływu straszna sprawa kiedy wróciłem pierwszy raz wieczorem nikomu nie polecam😱

+: Gentillesse du personnel

-: Hôtel vétuste et très difficile sur l’accessibilité ( hauteur des villas). C’est une escroquerie de vendre sur booking « un hôtel laissé à l’abandon sans accès à la plage » en Thaïlande. Les parties communes restaurant et piscine qui tombent en ruine, non entretenues… Nous avons découvert les avis clients de la même sorte mais trop tard, nous avons écourté notre séjour de 9 nuits initialement à 4 nuits. Le prix vendu par nuitée est honteux ! Hôtel où le spa, les massages, le magasin, fitness sont totalement fermés et ou abandonnés …. Comment peut-on vendre une prestation d’un hôtel 4 étoiles sans vérifier la qualité de la prestation vendue. Des villas neuves non terminées surplombent l’hôtel et abandonnées depuis longtemps ! Hôtel désert… à fuir malgré un personnel charmant mais seul au monde !

+: La vista

-: Nos han pedido de pagar por unas zapatilla que deberían ser de un solo uso personal, para ir o salir de la habitación había una gran subidabajada que hacer. A veces nos han acompañado con un coche eléctrico y a veces hemos esperado 10-15 minutos y hemos ido andando

+: נוף מהמם. חוף נחמד של המלון הצמוד.

-: המלון עצמו נחמד מאוד והצוות מאוד מסביר פנים. צריך לקחת בחשבון שהדרך היחידה להגיע למלון ולצאת ממנו זה עם סירת דייגים. המלון ממצא בצד השני של המפרץ כחצי שעה בסירה. כך שברגע שמחשיך לא ניתן להגיע למרכז היכן שכל המסעדות והברים ו"נתקעים" במלון.בבוקר כשעשינו צ'ק אאוט היינו צריכים להיכנס פיזית למים בגובה חצי גוף כדי להגיע לסירה בגלל השפל.

+: this property is located in the jungle, totally secluded, serene, tranquil with amazing panoramic views and wildlife around: we saw monkeys, large fox bats, birds, lizards, turtle in the sea right in front of our villa. the staff are amazing, the hotel itself feels a bit little dated but no surprise as it is battered by tropical storms all year round and relentless sunshine!

+: Wow! Stunning views from when we walked into the lobby. Are room was absolutely stunning with the most gorgeous view!! All members of staff was very helpful and polite. Would definitely stay here again. The only thing that we wasn’t pleased with was the breakfast, as there was hardly anything to choose from and the food wasn’t nice. Local village near by with lots of bars and restaurants, which you have to walk over a lot of rocks when the tide is in.

-: Breakfast and walk to bars was quite dangerous of a night time
