+: L'accueil, la propreté des lieux. Mention spéciale à Soula pour son professionnalisme. Également merci au jeune malien dont j'ai oublié le nom pour sa gentillesse. Le petit déjeuner était particulièrement copieux. Soula nous a préparé un cake délicieux. Encore merci pour tout. Une adresse incontournable. Elisabeth et Imed.

-: Rien. Tout était parfait et correspondait à nos attentes.

+: The neighborhood is nice. But nothing about the place itself.

-: It’s totally different than what they write in the description. No pricate pool for the rooms. No sea view, actually, no view at all from the room. And the second room had a view on the hotel hall. More over, humidity was so high that it literally smelled so bad in the room. And the service was terrible trying to solve the issue.When I arrived, I paid at the reception, then I went to get the room. The expectation based on what they write in the room’s description that it’s a room with sea view, a private pool, a TV, and many many other facilities that didn’t actually exist. They only have a sea view at the shared terrace and a pool there for everyone. When I saw the difference I tried to explain it but they weren’t helping. At the end they said if you apply to cancel on Booking.com and they accept we’ll send you the refund. I left, and applied for booking.com which was accepted by the App with the acceptance to waive fees. 2 months have passed and the hotel is not replying to us or even to booking.com support. And when we tried to reach out by a friend in Tunis. They said non of this has happened and we’re not refunding. What an experience. Later, I booked again because someone mentioned that they have other rooms with these facilities. So I wanted to check if it’s actually true or if the hotel is cheating and misleading. And no surprises, all rooms are the same and these facilities don’t exist and again they refused to cancel the other one.

-: Les linges, la draps… ainsi que le tapis de la salle de bain n’a pas été changé durant notre séjour.

+: Location excellent

-: Lots of noises during the night (barking) & we had check out at 7am & they knew about it & there was no option not even for coffee.

+: Great location, very friendly staff and amazing breakfast. Very pretty rooms, easy to keep cool. The house itself is super nice as well and you have an amazing view from the roof. I could leave my luggage on the day I checked out, which was super good as well.

-: There were pigeons in our bathroom window, so we couldn't open it - but that was ok. Unfortunately also the pool was dirty because of the pigeons, so we ended up not using it which was a shame as this was the reason for this hotel.

+: Hôtel dans le cœur de sidi bousaïd.Les hôtesses soula et (j'ai oublié son prénom, pardon!) sont adorables et pleines de bons conseils pour explorer les environs.Super bonus au crêpes de soula.

-: L'inconvénient, si fallait en trouver un, est que le taxi ne peut aller au pied de l'hôtel. Il y a 20m à faire à pied.

+: A cozy hotel with traditional decor and friendly staff. The view from the roof terrace is AMAZING, make sure to visit it in the evening when the sun goes down! In the morning a tray of good breakfast is served in the courtyard. Comfortable and nice rooms.

-: The pool is too small to swim in, but it is good enough to dip and cool off if you sunbathe on the terrace. Cars can't drive all the way up to the hotel so be prepared for a bit of a walk. But it's worth it! To reach the nearest beach you need to walk down stone steps. Fantastic view but it's a bit difficult to walk in, so it'a a good idea to wear good shoes. It is also possible to take a taxi to and from the beach!
