-: staff very Irritated treating people like thieves , cashier asked to charges 5% more if am paying pay card + using informal rate ,when i asked to charge my card in local currency as i am resident she said local currency only cash and used informal rate which extra 5% than announced rate ...other staff impolite specially the Egyptians & arabs staffs ... putting noise and offering free massage for women they think they are alone (they did that with my friend ) ... when i asked for adaptor to three because their built in sockets 2 while all country 3 ...they asked 5$ each as refunded grantee .... no umbrella at rooms while it was heavy rains , rooms smelly .... food less than basic while i have upgraded From BBto HB .....I will never go again

+: The beach bungalows were well located and the animation team was friendly.

-: Overall disappointing. The staff were pretty disinterested and one even lied to our faces when we asked for the balls for the pool table! Most disappointingly, the beachfront seafood restaurant was closed, as was the ice cream hut, yet this was never mentioned at booking or on arrival. The tennis courts were unusable as the fencing was all down and debris all over the court surfaces. The pool at the pizza restaurant was under construction so if you dined there you were watched by the workers and had to listen to banging and building through the meal. One morning even the main pool had been partly drained, making that unusable for 24 hours. Staff didn't seem to know what was going on and we'd get different answers each time we asked when they various facilities would be open again. The buffet restaurant was busy and very repetitive - the salad bar didn't change at all and there were a lot of dishes that were clearly to use up the leftovers from other meals. Fresh fish on the grill most nights, but very littlw other seafood. The variety of drinks in the all inclusive package is very poor indeed. Rooms were generally only serviced in the afternoon, meaning you had unmade beds for most of the day. Rooms really needed doormats to prevent sand being traipsed in all the time. Room attendants mopped the tiled floors with Dettol and left them so wet that they were a danger to walk on. Early in the mornings maintenance workers were loitering in front of the beach villas, mostly doing nothing, but occasionally moving wheelbarrows of sand to another location. Beach vendors were intrusive and tiresome, making you not want to sit on or close to the beach, and the litter on the beach was very bad. No attempt is made by the hotel to clean it up in front of the property. Facilities are generally tired and the cracks are showing...some quite literally, as we had a leak in our room above our child's bed.
