+: Most meals were repetitive although there was a good selection at breakfast of cereal fruit yoghurt and cooked varieties Waiting staff good - cleaning staff excellent
-: Rooms aircon too noisy and hard to control the temperature. Double glazing on balcony was no good for noise as the hotel had functions that boomed out noise and one night lit up the rooms with lights! 11pm to late to have that sort of noise that effects all guests . Reception Management need to learn what service is as booked a taxi to a hockey tournament that the were hosting 100+ players and officials and asked reception to advise driver where to go. Driver did not know and returned us to the hotel and demanded E12 for the trip. Manager not interested despite us not having any communication with driver of location. Would not rate as 5* hotel and would doubt if it would reach 4* in most locations. Also only seem to like euros and not lira the currency of the country. Also the bar staff at the fancy bar ignore you and do not listen to the order that is if they can remember after ignoring you half way through getting your drinks and serving someone else! 5* doubtful
