-: The hotel absolutely does not correspond to its price and the declared 5 stars, it does not even reach 3 stars! 1. we arrived in the evening, we wanted to pay for the accommodation, but the hotel does not accept cards! this is not spelled out in the conditions, we were offered to withdraw money from an ATM, they took us, but there is a commission for withdrawing 7%, it turns out we had to pay 80 pounds more! we refused to withdraw funds, then the hotel asked the spa employee (he rents spa separately as we understood) to carry the payment through him, through 7 transactions !!! 2. on the first night we were accommodated in a very old, dirty room (promising to be relocated to a better room the next day), unfortunately we were very upset and did not have time to take a photo of that room, but its windows overlooked a neighboring hotel, a generator, it was very noisy, impossible to sleep, I won’t say anything about the bath, it was so dirty that we didn’t even dare to take a shower there. 3. we were moved for 2 days to a room (we were given a choice of two) with a sea view, these are their best rooms, but they are also dirty, the bath is dirty, everything is old, all the furniture is worn out, the TV shows badly, but this is the best that was ! we talked with other tourists, everyone was extremely dissatisfied, someone was asked to pay an extra 100 euros to move to the same room as ours, someone didn’t have hot water, someone was settled in the basement floor, the light turned off in our room all day, we made an application at 3 am, came at 6 pm without success, contacted the reception with this problem 3 times, and only at 7.30 pm they made the light, after we ourselves led the technician to the room (after 3 calls), the whole hotel is very dirty, the lobby has shabby old furniture, the elevators are very dirty outside and inside, the beach towels were very dirty, everything was stained, as if they had not been washed and then dried. 4.

+: La plage à côté, très bon massage, vue , personnel

-: La nourriture, surtout le petit déjeuner, déménage, l'hôtel est vieux et a besoin d'une rénovation avec le remplacement des meubles et de la plomberie, pas de peignoirs .
