Bad customer service at the restaurant Esp breakfast. Even water was not served at the table while the breakfast buffet was complementary. The hotel needs to do a lot more better when it comes to food Esp service. No drinking water provided during our stay, which I had never seen anywhere worldwide.No tea & coffee kit in the kitchen.No amenity kit in the washrooms.We had to asked for towels daily.Cockroaches in the kitchen cabinets.For four persons, only three plates, one spoon, two glasses, two coffee mugs and no bowls provided in the kitchen.One of the room in the apartment is just like a small budget hotel room. Other room was quite good. Room lockersafe was also not working.Moreover, the hotel had charged AED 100 for keeping our baggage on last day after check-out ... which I had never seen before as we travelled a lot Worldwide. Initially, they asked for AED 150 & later, negotiated for AED 100. Very little kitchen utensils in the kitchen, had to move the microwave on top of the stove so that we can use the plug point, cupboard had a bad smell, had to request for a room key, corridors were dirty, walls are thin, very noisy late at night from cleaning staff. Room was never made during our entire stay,only to be told on leaving that they will only make up the room, if we put the tag outside our door. Auto lights have a slight delay,resulting in walking through very dark passage. Staff (Not really friendly, I called once and when she picked up the phone, I did not heard Hello, instead I heard a deep exhale like shes very frustrated that we are callingal and in need of something.2. We are told that someone will come to our room to give the cooking materials that we requested. 1 hour passed. Nobody came. We followed up 3 times before they gave what we needed (FYI) They just gave 1 of our request. They said the frying pan will be next. But the poor frying fan never came.3. Hotel without dishwashing liquid and Scratch for plates, etc. - We requested but instead we are told to go out and buy from supermarkets outside.
