+: We all liked how the position of the villa was to all the amenities of Protaras and the beach .And also how easy it was to get to surrounding areas in Cyprus either bars restaurants and water sports.The villa is ideally located and there was a nice welcome pack when we arrived late at night which we arranged with the villas owners imagine villas and they also allowed us a late check out.

-: One of the things we didn't like was the attitude of the pool cleaning operative turning up at midday to carrying out his pool cleaning duties then informing us we could not go into the pool for 3 hours in the hot midday sun

-: Beds. Very uncomfortable

+: More precise description of the address. It was not so easy to find this villa (number 8, Delfines St)

+: We went as a special family holiday for my 60th birthday.The villa 27 is not the same as the photographs advertised.There is no parasol over the outside dining so it is extremely hot and you are unable to dine outside.There are lots of stains on the blinds, our Internet, TV and oven would not work until it was arranged to be fixed the late afternoon after we arrived.The whole villa could do with a complete refurbishment as it is looking very shabby and stained.The kettle only holds enough for 2 cups, the toaster is a tiny 2 slice which is no good for the size of the villa.The pool was the highlight of the stay. Sun around all day and beautifully clean.Downsides:Anastasia organised our transfers with Andrea's, we had the quoted price in writing and the flight times of us arriving from UK and my daughter and family arriving from Holland 2 hours later. Anastasia advised Andreas would show us how TV, aircon oven etc worked, he did not know, he also did not know he was picking my daughter and family up after picking us up! Even though Anastasia had called me up at work the day before we left to confirm it all.People just arrive unexpectedly during the day, pool, repairs etc, they do not announce their arrival or even speak to you!So, if you are sunbathing, cover up!!We luckily found another transfer service for ourselves who were amazing and brilliantly priced, so look around as Delfini are very family company there to get more money from you but not helpful at all.Nick from Imagine was very polite and courteous and arranged the repairs, so thank you Nick.We will not be using Delfini again, there are much cheaper and much nicer villa's so look around!!.Delfini are the only ones that offer no refund, at all!.Also, if you use over 250 units electricity they will take it off your deposit! No mention of this in the small print, only in the welcome pack, letting you know so you won't be shocked!!

+: Huset var lagomt stort och hade det man behövde. Poolen var ren och fin. Det var inte så långt att gå till Fig tree bay eller till någon av de andra stränderna. En fin strandpromenad var under uppbyggnad och den blir toppen då den är klar.

-: Lite opersonligt. Nästan inga tavlor eller något extra. Endast starka lampor i taken, så ingen mysigare belysning. Wifi fungerade inte då vi kom men det fixades dagen därpå.
