+: AMR in the reception was and exceptional hoster, helping in every detail. I got en excellent room with pyramid view. Good pool.

+: Lage zum Gizeh Plateau und neuem Museum sehr gut. Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommendes Personal.

-: Im Frühstücksraum nur ein Kaffeevollautomat, lange in der Schlange stehen angesagt. Die Musik der Gastmusiker im Außenbereich sehr laut.Ambiente der Außengastronomie lässt zu wünschen übrig. Im Badezimmer lässt sich die Duschtür und Toilettentür nicht schließen.

+: Peaceful ,organised ,taxi desk in foyer marvellous ,but remember to haggle .Close to The GEM ,which will become one of the foremost museums in the World ,the Italian Architecture is wonderful .Not so surrounded by smog ,traffic fumes or litter .Well protected ,lovely gardens .Live music in the bar ,skeleton guitar playing 60 s and 70s hits

+: The delux suite that we had was amazing, great view of the pyramids. The pool area looked fantastic abd tbe furnishings in the room were great, the location was great for the pyramids.

-: The safe in the hotel room didn't work and we had to arrange for an engineer to come and fix this. The shower in the en suite leaked badly into the floor and again was reported to the hotel staff. On our last day we purchased some food to pack into our suitcases, coming through the hotel x Ray machine the security guard attempted to take the food away for some random reason.Ordering food and drinks at the pool bar was ridiculously slow, it would take 20 minutes for 2 x cocktails to be made when the bar was quiet. By the time the order arrived it was time to order the next one. The pool area looks fantastic, however the pool bar service and the lack of heated pool really let the place down.The hotel has the opportunity to be very good. We stayed in 2 hotels in cairogiza, the first one prior to this hotel had much better customer service when compared to the Steigenberger which was the same star rating. In my opinion this hotel is 4 star and not 5 star. No steam room, no sauna no jacuzzi and a cold pool.

+: Schönes, elegantes Hotel - Frühstück sehr gut (eigener Eierspeiskoch und Falafel-Koch), Abendessen auch sehr gut. Sehr schönes Zimmer, guter Ausblick auf die Pyramiden, zu Fuß aber nicht zu empfehlen, mit dem Taxi aber nur rund 5 Minuten. Pool sehr schön!

-: Badezimmer hat bei Ankunft sehr muffig gerochen (anscheinend länger nicht in Gebrauch), am nächsten Tag hat dann alles gepasst. Leider ist vor dem Hotel eine große Baustelle - die stört so überhaupt nicht mehr (weder Lärm noch Staub), aber UBER glaubt, dass das Hotel durch die Baustelle nicht erreichbar ist, deshalb der Ort bei der Abstimmung vom Hotel sofort um auf die andere Straßenseite (wo sich das neue Museum befindet). Gute Idee, diese ist aber 8 Fahrspuren und 3 Begrenzungsmauern entfernt, dh man kann sie zu Fuß nicht erreichen. Bedeutet, man kann sich kein Uber zum Hotel bestellen, sondern muss entweder bis zur Straßenecke nach vor gehen (dort ist ein anderes Hotel, bei dem die Bestellung funktioniert) oder muss auf das sehr teure Transportangebot des Hotels zugreifen.

-: El Hotel está a pie de una autopista. Aunque dsta delante de las piramodes lo que hay delante es una autopista. Se necesita el coche absolutamente para todo.Mal servicio de taxis en el hotel.
