+: There are some delay during our check in as they cannot find our booking i guess. But as a compensation for the inconvenience they have upgraded our room and we appreciate that much from them. +: The pool and room we were transferred in at Royal Ascot was a lot better.But the frustration received at Ascot Hotel for a gifted holiday for the family was uncalled for and unacceptable...and almost ruined my daughter's holiday in Dubai...
-: It was a total nightmare, check in was late as room was still dirty, had to wait for over 1 hour, when they got the room it was smelly , dirty and stuffy...Aircon was not working properly, they had to wait for over 4-5 hours to get another room. Total chaos...breakfast was the worst...mostly Indian, minimal fruits....Old crooked, dirty furnitures, We booked a room for three but got only a double bed was requested to pay 100AED per day for extra room. Ascot Hotel from 2020-21 was much better and now it has simply downgraded.
