+: The location was okay which is short distance to go places. The front of reception was kind. Didn't catch his name.
-: The only thing was I didn't like. The AC was not working properly as it felt warm inside the room. The maintenance came to fix it, but it was the filter was gone. So he needs to replace a new one. I don't understand why didn't it came fixed when we came to the room. The need to check this before we enter our room. We had an issue with the shower as the water kept coming out of the shower. We have to use the towel to wipe the floor down as it was so much. It's meant to be my anniversary, and I felt embarrassed to bring my wife to this hotel, and it meant to be a 5-star hotel. It seems like it's a 3* hotel. this shouldn't happen at all. We didn't even have many facilities for the kitchen equipment as well. I thought we should have gotten some of our money back as a refund. We kept having problems and problems over and over. Should get so of my money back as a refund. I booked a sea view, which I got a construction viewing, which didn't even book that. It was meant to be a sea view, and when I opened the door, I just saw a construction building in front of me, and it's hard to sleep, especially the noise they were making. I be honest, I would prefer my money back as I felt I got cheated with my money.
