+: The staff are very friendly and helpful and we loved our room and the view from it.
-: The lifts are terrible, there just aren't enough of them to serve the volume of people in the hotel.We'd planned to use some of the facilities and eat at some of the places in the building but just avoided them just because of the lifts.
