+: The breakfast was the disappointment of the stay. The room was OK but the provision at breakfast was poor.

+: Nothing its very bad
-: I faced some problems to check in like EID was missed in my home in different city .. I showed my Electronic EID card but they didn’t approve it.. every week im visiting different hotel in UAE and this was the baddest place as they not accepting and i back to Al Ain again only because I don’t have the EID card

+: Staff are so humble and polite .. specially I would like to appreciate Mehadi , he was very nice guy . He help me a lot . I would like to give him 1010 .
