-: Everyday was a new complaint. Toilet seat for the main bathroom was broken complaint a few times. Then that got fixed and the flush was not working complained about that finally got fixed. Then the next day put the washing machine on and made such a banging noise and nearly caught fire. Complaint about that and the engineer said nothing wrong with it and said you put the temperature up to high. The temperature was on 30c. He didn’t even check anything else. We then went down to reception to complain again and told him when you move the drum of the machine it makes a bad rattling sound which is not safe. The man at the reception reassured that the machine will be replaced. Then the day of check out came. While our taxi was waiting outside with our luggage the receptionist then accused of steeling two mugs from the apartment. We were forced to pay 100AED FOR THE TWO MUGS. It was absolutely horrible and the worst experience I have had.

+: Everything was so good. Starting from the location which was perfect because it is close and you can walk to the beach, and also you can walk everywhere in Dubai Marina.The food was very good, it was clean and they are cleaning and changing the towels every day. The view from our room was so nice. Would definettely go there again and stay at this hotel.
