+: Cleaning staff and their Supervisor attitude
-: I stayed for 15 days .Plates and other kitchenettes were not clean during check in. Washing machine stopped working after 3-4 days. I called reception and raised a complaint. Waited for another two days and i got a very rude answer from reception that washing machine is only for “long stays” and they are not responsible for fixing that. My booking was for 15 days. I don’t know what they meant by long stays. Eventually i contacted their manager and had to raise a complaint for fixing that.
