+: The staff who works in breakfast restaurant is very friendly and helpful the food also not bad.

-: Room only gives 4 bottles of water, but we are family 5 persons which is not enough if you want more water you have to pay 15AED extra.

+: only the Lumi beach was the good area to go to.

-: first, when I came to the property the front desk lady was I think a bit moody when I was talking with her and she even told me to wait for an hour where I requested an early check in and got confirmed. The room was old and the ac is HOT! not what I expected from the price I paid. breakfast was very small variety. when we checked out they didnt even sent us club cart to help with the luggages and made us walk up until the front desk.
