Hotel Jaroal dysponuje prywatną plażą, restauracją oraz barem z tarasem. Do dyspozycji Gości są klimatyzowane pokoje i apartamenty z bezpłatnym bezprzewodowym dostępem do Internetu, telewizorem LCD z dostępem do kanałów telewizji satelitarnej oraz balkonem. Odległość od centrum miasta wynosi około 700 metrów. Do dyspozycji Gości jest także bezpłatny parking na terenie obiektu. Wszystkie pokoje i apartamenty oferują minibar oraz podłogi wyłożone wykładziną. Dysponują one także łazienką z prysznicem, suszarką do włosów, bidetem i bezpłatnym zestawem kosmetyków. Goście mogą odwiedzić mieszczące się na terenie obiektu centrum nurkowania z akwalungiem oraz uprawiać inne sporty wodne. Do dyspozycji Gości jest ponadto wypożyczalni łodzi i skuterów wodnych. Hotel Jaroal położony jest zaledwie 3 minuty spacerem od targu z warzywami i owocami oraz sklepu spożywczego. +: Regarding the property was nice and everything same has the pictures, the room are small but but you have enough space for 2 people, the food are very nice. They have a little dog at the entrance was very cute.
-: They asked me for tax has they say all of the hotel ask for tax in Albania, I been more 3 hotels none of them asked for that.. I think just a way to get more money lol

+: The location was excellent with many restaurants and markets close by. There is beach access, a reasonable sized pool and the views from the sea view room was amazing.
-: We found the staff, with the exception on the young lady on reception, to be unhelpful, dismissive with some quite bizarre behaviour. Some examples. We had booked a sea view room months previously. At check in the young lady took our details and gave us a card with our room number on it. Another lady arrived and after a conversation in Albanian and a check of the computer explained that we had been given the wrong room. She took the card from me crossed out the room number and wrote in the new number. The room was at the back of the hotel with a view of the carpark. We returned to reception and showed a copy of our booking confirmation and after many excuses and an offer of 10% off the hotel restaurant, which we declined, we ended up with the room we had been given originally. A sea view room. In addition, one evening my wife an I were in our room reading when the electronic door lock opened and a male member of staff walked into our room. He claimed he had knocked before entering but couldn't really explain why he was there. He mentioned something about an iron, said sorry and backed out. We were puzzled and somewhat unnerved that a member of staff would enter our room uninvited and without knocking. There were other examples but I think you get the message. Even allowing for language and cultural differences the staff attitude left a lot to be desired.

+: Bella struttura con gradevoli spazi esterni per la colazione e la cena. Buon livello del ristorante.
-: La stanza era al 4° piano, non raggiungibile con l'ascensore. La seconda chiave magnetica richiesta era continuamente inservibile e necessitava del reset da parte dell'addetto alla reception, costringendo a ridiscendere dalla stanza al piano terra più volte al giorno. Alcuni servizi erano carenti (luce del comodino fulminata, cassaforte bloccata e inutilizzabile, prodotti da bagno mancanti, asse del wc rotto, presenza del tavolo da stiro ma mancanza del ferro ...) e nonostante le numerose richieste di sistemazioneintervento allo staff, non si è avuto alcun risultato. Peccato che una bella struttura sia gestita in modo così approssimativo.

+: Karışıklık çıktığını söyleyerek bizi otele almadılar,biz odamızı 6 ay öncesinde ayırtmıştık ve çok uygun bir fiyata ayırtmıştık.Otel ücreti uygun olduğu için muhtemelen odamızı daha pahalıya başka birine verdiler.Çözüm olarak daha kötü ve daha ucuz bir otelde bize oda ayırttılar fakat fiyatta indirim yapmadılar.Aynı otel booking'te 150 euro iken bizden 240 euroya o otelde kalmamızı istediler.Personel yardımcı olmadı o sıcakta başka bir otel aramak zorunda kaldık.Bu oteli önermiyorum.
