+: The ironic nature of the name.

-: Unfortunately, there were a few things wrong that we were initially happy to overlook. However, now, after staff failed to resolve one big issue in the pool, I am writing this review.We understand that the hotel has other problems to deal with, but the overall vibe is one of unprofessionalism. I think these guys have given up on offering anything remotely prestigious.First Impressions:Upon arriving at the resort, we were shocked to see that much of the '5-star' hotel had been totally demolished. We had booked one of the villa rooms, so although shocked at what we saw, we had not paid all that much for what was supposedly a luxury experience. After a little research, it turns out the owner of the resort had been in a dispute with the local government, which culminated in them leveling much of the resort.The Pool: See PhotoThe main reason we wanted to stay at Prestige Resort was to make use of the swimming pools on our last day in Albania while relaxing before going to the airport. Unfortunately, the pool had been used as a toilet and had actual excrement floating around in it. Generally, it looked as if it had not been cleaned properly. The ladders were a bit broken, and lots of tiles were missing from the floor.I had mentioned this to the receptionist in the evening and then the next day in the morning. I was seeking compensation for the fact that we could not use the pool; unfortunately, they were unable to help. What was more shocking was that families were about to swim in the morning. This is a health hazard, and the staff did not seem that concerned about it.The Room:So we did have the opportunity to check the room before we confirmed that we wanted to pay. It did smell a little funny, but we pressed on with it anyway. Throughout the night, it became clear that the room was anything but okay. It stank of either sewage coming up from the drains or black mold from an air conditioning unit that needed cleaning.

+: Swiming pool and beach. The room was cleaned properly everyday.

-: Worst service and food for the money. The property could only serve you pizza's and fried potato out of the menu.

+: V poměru k ceně naprosto super lokalita a ubytování přímo na pláži, z terasy 28 kroků do moře. Snídaně dostačující, slušný výběr jídla a ovoce. V okolí spousta restaurací a barů, včetně obchodů. Písčitá pláž, každé ráno uklizená a nepřelidněná, mělké moře, výhoda pro děti. K dispozici zdarma 2 bazény se slanou vodou. Za nás naprostá spokojenost.

-: V okolí několik rozbouraných staveb, které trochu kazí výhled a dojem, ale samotný resort toto ovlivnit nemůže a je to jen nepodstatná maličkost v poměru k ostatnímu.
