+: The apartments are nice and well equipped but a bit far from the downtown if you don't use a car or a bus but that did not bother us much. There is a small playground for kids nearby with the nice seaview which we enjoyed a lot.

-: The road near apartments is very noisy so it was irritating to stay in the apartments with the opened windows. Also there was some drenage vehicle coming from time to time in the backyard making great noise as well.

+: Rewelacyjny taras i widok. Czystość i regularne wużyty osoby sprzątającej.

-: Mało wydajna kuchenka z dwoma palnikami.

+: Apartman je isti kao na slikama, veliki, komforan..Pogled sa terase oduzima dah , kao da vam je celo more pred ocima! Sobe su ciste, udobne, sa klimom.Posteljina se menja vec treceg dana, parking je obezbedjen, a ima i lift u zgradi.Domacini su ljubazni, na raspolaganju su za sve sto vam treba.Internet u sobi je uvek bio jak.Sve preporuke !

+: The apartment has a stunning view and great location. It’s very clean, modern and spacious. The hosts were very friendly and responsive at all times.We would choose this place again if we were to come back to Sarande.

-: Only the living room AC was working (in the other rooms the AC wasn’t workingwas not present) making it a challenge to sleep properly during the hot summer nights. During our stay we had experienced a few electricity shortages as well, which left us without light, water and AC.

+: Amazing sea view, comfortable and beautiful, well equipped appartments with private parking. Wonderful sunsets.

+: The apartment that we booked was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities as described. The area was very nice and away from the chaos of Saranda. I highly recommend the apartments of Rezidenca e Kalter.
