-: Konumu çok iyi ama eski, girişte yanlışlıkla fazla ücret alıp sonra iade ettiler. Çalışanlar eğitimsiz ve hırçın. Otel eski fakat hala kullanılabilir nitelikte.

+: The location was great, right in the middle of the city centre
-: The breakfast was terrible, supposedly hot food was not heated and it was cold. Most of the time some breakfast foods were missing e,g bread, eggs etc and were never replenished in the last hour of breakfast. The choices were also very limited and the only options for juice available tasted horrible. The bathroom shower switch was broken and the wifi was terrible! Disgusting for a 4 star hotel

+: Great location , size of room good ,Parking available all the time
-: Check-in is at 2:00 pm, even if there are rooms available. Internet very bad .The furniture is old. There is no water boiler

+: Situation fabuleuse au cœur du centre ville de Tirana !
-: L’hôtel, bien que très renommé dans la capitale, commence à devenir un peu vieillot. Un petit rafraîchissement dans la salle de bain serait le bienvenue, car la douche ne correspond pas au standing de l’hôtel.
