-: Where do I begin…- a colony of ants and flying ants infested the room. Not just a few but hundreds of ants. Ant poison traps already present in the room clearly did not work. - Staff was able to give us a vacuum so we could suck up the ants at 10pm when we checked in, how nice!- After every day out in the city, we returned late afternoon to find all the ants had come back, requiring more vacuuming. - After the 2nd night we requested to be moved into another room, but management was apathetic and told us that no rooms are free, therefore I should just deal with it as it should be expected to have a few insects during the hot weather. Strange that much hotter places I have stayed like Greece or India don’t have such issues!- Management office hours are 7-7 because who cares about your guests during the night. People I spoke to over the phone at night had no decision making authority and told me to call back in the morning. What an amazing hospitality experience. - There is also no curtains or blinds in the room (which has windows on 3 sides), allowing too much sunlight in during sleeping hours in June. - Whole apartment was very humid and smelled of mould and mildew. - Shower had lots of black mould. - BONUS: During our last night we even found a cockroach above the bathroom door!
