+: Locația, zona nouă de Spa, curățenia și transportul la gondola. Niște angajați super acolo.
-: Apa neîmbuteliată avea un gust ce nu era ok. Apa îmbuteliată foarte scumpă: 7 euro! Apoi, Într-o seară, unul dintre băieții mei nu a putut ajunge la masă și am rugat să se ducă porția plătită, de altfel, pentru fiecare seară, în cameră. Am fost taxat suplimentar cu 20 €. Inadmisibil. Dacă cobora, consuma toate cele cinci meniuri și era mult mai costisitor pentru unitate. Apoi, am dat în prima seară un mesaj că întârziem din cauza drumului și am rugat să ne lase ceva de mâncare în cameră. Ne-au trimis, după 2 ore de la sosire niște șuncă uscată, cârnat uscat niște cașcaval, cu puțin hrean și fără pâine. Am fost nevoiți să sunăm să ne aducă pain . Jenant a fost faptul că au insistat să dăm acest e-mail și ne-au lăsat această mâncare! La micul dejun, doar după 6 zile din 8 ne a fost servită cafeaua în ibricul din metal, care îl ținea caldă, deoarece cred că angajatului care se ocupa de partea noastră de sală nu îi convenea să debaraseze, să respecte reguli de 5 stele. Într-o altă seară nu am primit desertul, ospătarul motivând că s-a terminat! Inadmisibil, practic în două seri nu am avut desert!

+: Tja, was sollen wir sagen oder wo sollen anfangen?!? Alles war besser als wie vorher gedacht, alle waren so lieb und haben sich ohne Ende um uns gekümmert. Die Speisen, dass Ambiente war vom Feinsten und wir kommen wieder !!!!
-: Leider nichts, denn mit der zuvor genannten Wahrheit laufen wir Gefahr, dass nachher alle kommen wollen und wir dann selber kein Zimmer mehr bekommen 😉
