+: Bed is comfortable, pillow not so (too low and even 2 on top of each other were not high enough). Shower is good. Location is good, there's a tram stop (number 2) opposite the hotel and another stop (with more connections) less than 10 min walking. Breakfast was decent, fresh orange juice was very good. All in all, our stay was decent, room was good, spacious enough for 2 people, clean, good location.
-: Staff seemed quite junior (not really paying attention to details like spilled milk at breakfast area, empty water carafe at reception etc). We checked in on the day of my birthday, receptionist saw my passport but didn't pay attention to the date at all (small things that make you feel welcome - or not, in this case...) Maybe my expectations were too high :)
