+: Warm, clean and comfortable stay. Apartment is only a short walk to the main gondola. Balcony has open views towards the main street, gondola station and the ski area. The apartment was made available several hours ahead of the designated check-in time😀👍

+: Het geheel! Er zijn vier appartementen, toch er was niets van geluidshinder! De locatie was centraal, via een weg voor de deur kon men naar het centrum, het stedelijk zwembad met sauna (top sauna trouwens) en het bos escaleren. Het huis en appartement voldeed aan alle verwachtingen, een typisch tiroler huis met prachtig uitzicht, een skidepot, een systeem die de sneeuwschoenen en handschoenen droogt, en best van al, het sleuren van het materiaal tot aan een van de naburige skiliften, viel supergoed mee! Er is drie huizen verder een bakker met kleine winkel, tal van eetgelegenheden, uitgaansleven zonder het nadeel van overlast.

+: Amazing views! Perfect location! The ski lift is only a 5 minute walk away. Lots of shops, cafe and ski centres close by. Free parking and inthernet, kitchen equipment. As a bonus - 1 free visit to the SPA for 2 people (gym, all types of sauna and open swimming pool). It was a great relaxing time

+: The location is pretty well placed, bein really close to the Penkenbahn and also to the city center. The appartment was clean.
-: For almost half of our stay we had to park somewhere else because the hotel pariking was full of cars from the other apartments. Also you connot adjust the heating. I cannot say that the rooms were cold but for us it would have been great to be able to increse the temperature with 1-2 degrees celsius. Also we were charged with a total 100 eur for the city tax and the end-cleaning fee, something that I did not see mentioned here when I booked the appartment.

+: The apartment was huge with all the required accessories, well located 300m from the ski lift and 50m from the swimming pool and bakery. The kitchen is fully equipped, an additional advantage was the ski room. Beautiful view from the window of the mountains and the surrounding area.
