+: Bequemes Bett und gute Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet. Hübsche Terrasse mit guter Aussicht. Zuvorkommendes Personal: Wir mussten leider unseren Urlaubsaufenthalt aufgrund von Krankheit abbrechen und haben einen Teil der Kosten erstattet bekommen.
-: Das Hotel befindet sich am Ende einer eher schmalen Gasse bergauf, d.h. etwas abgelegen von Hauptstraße und Bushaltestelle. Somit ist ein vergleichsweise längerer (und bei der Rückkehr ins Hotel anstrengender) Fußweg nötig.

+: The place is clean and the staff is responsive and friendly. We loved the breakfast and was very happy with the parking space. The location is also great.
-: There was no air conditioning in the room and the ventilators didn't manage to cool the room. There's a smell of old furniture and carpets around the building. The extra cover in the closet smells old so I used only a sheet to cover myself. The toilet was dirty in the room when we arrived but they clean it quickly. There were lots of ants on the breakfast buffet, it didn't bother us but it wasn't great seeing them. For the price paid, I think it can be better.

+: Great breakfast with a variety of meats, cheese, pastries, vegetables etc. Rooms and breakfast nook had beautiful views of surrounding mountains. The rooms had great balconies with beautiful views. Our three person room was very roomy for three people.

+: We enjoyed our short break in Salzburg which was helped by all the helpful staff at Haus Arenburg and the breakfast buffet was plentiful and fresh. The view from our room was splendid and we made good use of the balcony to sit and enjoy the view.
