+: We only had the opportunity to stay at the hotel for one night. The bed and pillows were quite comfortable and clean. The room's architecture was a bit unusual; the shower cabin and toilet were in separate compartments, but this did not bother us. The breakfast was very varied and quite sufficient.

-: Although the hotel is very close to Graben, it is about 1.5 km away from the Wiener Staatsoper. You might not prefer to walk this distance in very hot or cold weather. The stairs near the hotel, although they create an authentic appearance, did not seem very safe to use in the night. However, there are alternative routes available, and you can use these alternatives.
