+: Ich wurde selten so herzlich begrüßt in einem Hotel. Der Service sowie auch das Essen war großartig :) Nach dem zweiten Tag wurde schon beim reinkommen gewusst was man trinken möchte :) Die Umgebung sowie auch das Hotel sind wunderschön. Ist das Wetter mal nicht so gut lohnt sich auf jeden Fall die Sauna :)

+: Vše čisté, příjemný personál. Hned pomáhal, stačilo aby viděli bezradnost a byli aktivní. Nic nebyl problém.

+: Ein tolles Hotel inmitten der Alpenlandschaft. Egal ob die Zimmerqualität, das Restaurant, der Wellnessbereich oder das Personal. Alles war einfach klasse. Ein fantastischer Ort für ein paar Tage Auszeit. Nach einem reichhaltigen Frühstück bist du der erste auf dem Wanderpfad und genießt die Ruhe. Danach serviert das Restaurant regionale Gerichte in höchster Qualität und mit atemberaubender Aussicht. Der Wellnessbereich ist makellos sauber, vielfältig, und durch den Ausblick auf das Alpenpanorama ein einmaliges Erlebnis. Für die Erlebnissuchenden bietet Zell am See und die Umgebung reichlich Aktivitätsmöglichkeiten für Sport, Natur schlemmen und Entspannung. Ich habe mich rundum wohl gefühlt, würde das Hotel bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen und freue mich schon auf das nächste Mal. A great hotel in the middle of the Alpine landscape. Whether the room quality, the restaurant, the wellness area or the staff. Everything was just great. A fantastic place for a few days away. After a hearty breakfast, you are the first on the hiking trail and enjoy the peace and quiet. Afterwards, the restaurant serves regional dishes of the highest quality and with breathtaking views. The wellness area is immaculately clean, varied and a unique experience thanks to the view of the Alpine panorama. For adventure seekers, Zell am See and the surrounding area offer plenty of activities for sports, nature feasting and relaxation. I felt completely at ease, would recommend the hotel without hesitation and am already looking forward to the next time.

+: Die Lage war sensationell. Außerdem sind die neuen Besitzer und das Personal sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Man darf sich von den alten Kommentaren nicht beirren lassen, denn das Hotel wurde Anfang Mai diesen Jahren von anderen Besitzern übernommen. Werde auf jeden Fall.wieder.kommen! 😉

+: Schitterende locatie op de Schmittenhohe , 2000 meter hoog , nabij Zell am See. Mooie kamers , fraai uitzicht, lekker eten en bovenal vriendelijk personeel.

+: Amazing place to be! View breath taking! I am not the person of many words this hotel made me even more speechless! Very good size of the room and bright with natural light.Comfortable bed and bedding, perfect pillows to snuggle too. The bathroom is the perfect size while walking in a double shower and the double sink is just extra comfortable! Water pressure as you like! Couldn't ask for a better stay! The staff are very polite and helpful always smiling. The whole place smelled new, clean, tidy and definitely looked after. Feeling very special at the hotel ! You like hight standard? This is place to go.. we will come back!Delicious food all very fresh.

-: Do not use the wrong lift to get upstairs! Especially if your inpatient husband told you too 😆

+: Rooms are lovely and amenities are great. Location is really beautiful and the restaurant and staff are really lovely. Breakfast was great, i like its not a buffet (its to order) as that reduces waste, which i like.

-: The problem with summer is.... there is only one restaurant open now and that closes at 6pm. The bar closes at 7pm and there is ZERO options of getting any food or drink then until breakfast. (make sure you get any snacks and drink before you take the cable car up). I have stayed in many remote hotels that close early, but.... often they have a fridge with drinks and use the room card to access, or, an honour system to record what guests take, then pay in the morning. For the price of the room, its disappointing there is NOTHING available after 7pm. I was told (people are sleeping). Its summer..... guests aren't sleeping at 7pm. They are sitting outside or on the balcony enjoying the scenery, the sunset isnt until 8:45pm. Also, there was only few guests staying (it was start of summer opening), i dont know why i was given a room with the most limited view (in comparison to all others). The balcony was very dirty too, not cleaned before my arrival.
