+: Bij ontvangst zijn we ontvangen door een heel vriendelijke dame bij de receptie. Kregen als bonus een een toeristenpas die korting of gratis entree geeft bij aangesloten bedrijven in de omgeving. Ontbijt was perfect geregeld, producten werden geregeld aangevuld. Restaurantbar was ook top, alleen jammer dat op maandag dicht was ivm rustdag.

+: The hotel, the room and the breakfast were great. Bruck is quiet, much cheaper than Zell am See (but you don't get the guest card). Not far from the train station. There is also a pizzakebab takeaway restaurant across the street. But no shop nearby.

+: Das Hotel liegt nur ein paar Meter von der Kirche entfernt im Ortszentrum. Das Frühstück wurde mit einem gut bestücktem Buffet angeboten, Eierspeisen wurden auf Bestellung frisch zubereitet. Im angeschlossenen Restaurant war das Abendessen durchaus schmackhaft.
-: Die Matratze eines Bettes war durchgelegen, sie wurde anstandslos ersetzt. Die Reaktion paßt zum Service, unaufdringlich, gut, sehr freundlich.
