The regional breakfast with regional and homemade delicacies as well as small snacks in the afternoon are still included in the room rate. +: Freundlicher Herr beim Empfang mit einem Glas Sekt , klasse Frühstück, freundliche Bedienung im Restaurant, sehr gutes Abendessen, sehr ansprechende Bar mit klasse Ausstattung , alles wirkt modern und hochwertig , wirklich super Wellness Bereich mit relativ großem Pool und mehreren Saunen.
-: Die Suite war meiner Meinung nach lediglich ein vergrößertes Doppelzimmer mit kleinem Wohnbereich. Ist nichts besonderes. Auch die Ausstattung wirkt im Vergleich zum NeubauRestaurantBarWellnessbereich in die Jahre gekommen. Im allgemeinen hat eine Suite zwei abgetrennte Räume. Das war hier nicht der Fall. Leider war die Matratze in der Mitte abgesenkt und leicht durchgelegen und auch zwei Roststäbe waren rausgesprungen. In dieser Premium Preisklasse ist das für mich nicht nachvollziehbar. Rückenschmerzen waren die Folge. Und nicht jeder Gast ist in der Stimmung dies gleich zu reklamieren, wenn man nur 2 Nächte bleibt. Das sind Mängel die nicht sein müssten! Da hilft dem Gast das prunkvollste und hochwertigste (Empfangs)-Ambiente nicht, wenn die Matratzen nichts taugen. Ebenso sollten die Parkmöglichkeiten verbessert werden, wenn das Hotel voll ist. Sehr schade, ansonsten war der Rest wirklich klasse.

+: Sehr schönes modernes und gemütliches Hotel mit schönem Wellnessbereich. Sehr gutes Essen, tolles Frühstück, auch für Vegetarier.
-: Die Zimmer waren sehr warm. Man muss das direkt an der Rezeption anmelden.
