-: The AC is only in bedroom, the living room have no AC. You can just turn onoff the AC, the remote is not working.They change the towels every 2 days(one of the towel had 2 big stains ) and bed sheets every 3 days (unfortunately, did not happen for a 4 day stay..)

+: The service was excellent, the breakfast was tasty and a la carte, the location is superb and it's a very good value for money! We just parked the car for 3 days and didn't need to move it at all during our stay, everything is at a walking distance.

+: We had a great family time at these hotel apartments. Will recommend this place for peace and quite. Everyone was very friendly. Not luxurious but very homely. They clean the room every day. It is situated right by Fig Tree Bay beach

+: Hotel has a great location just 2 min from the best Fig Tree Bay beach! A lot of restaurants around, bus station to other beaches or to Aya Napa Waterpark is just 3 min walk! The owner and the staff are so friendly and always ready to help if you need anything! Hotel has a good parking slot, if you travel by car you'll have no problem where to park. Owner is the best one, he gave us an one bedroom apartment instead of a studio which we booked!!! And we even didnt asked for that, it was his initiative🙂 balconies have great sea view😊 And the last but the best thing - there are a hotel's cat living there😁😁😁 if you love pets and while in vacation you miss yours fluffies ones, there is a cat that will make you feel like home☺️
