+: L'appartamento è molto spazioso e luminoso, la stanze sono grandi e ben arredate, i letti sono comodi , la cucina è ben accessoriata. Il terrazzo vista mare, è anch'esso molto spazioso, è un ulteriore plus. La meravigliosa spiaggia di konnos beach è raggiungibile anche a piedi in 1015 minuti. Nelle immediate vicinanze c'è un piccolo market e alcune taverne. Siamo stati molto bene.

+: The apartment is spacious and situated in a quiet area with a stunning view of the sea. Every morning, I was able to enjoy beautiful sunrises right from the window. Additionally, it is conveniently located near a popular beach, perfect for a quick and enjoyable visit. The apartment itself is well-equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay.

-: Unfortunately, there were several issues during our stay at this vacation accommodation that impacted our experience negatively:- The TV cable was broken despite being mentioned by previous guests in their reviews. It was repaired after we contacted the owner.- The air conditioning in one of the bedrooms did not work, and despite notifying the owner, it was only fixed five days later on the day of our departure, leading to very uncomfortable nights.- The toaster did not work.- There was no kettle provided.- While the location is quiet, the neighboring guests from other villas were very noisy, often causing disturbances as early as 5 AM.These issues made our stay less enjoyable than we had hoped.

+: Für uns perfekte Lage, weil sehr ruhig mit Blick auf's Meer, aber ganz nahe zur Konnos Bay und weiteren Buchten. Wenn man Lust auf Touris hat, ist man in nur 5 min. mitten im Trubel.Es gibt einen Supermarkt und zwei Tavernen in direkter Nachbarschaft, weitere Supermärkte, Bäcker, Restaurants 5 min. entfernt.Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sauber und es ist alles da, was man braucht.Es gibt ein Bad und ein Gäste-WC, 2 geräumige Schlafzimmer, ein Küchen-Ess-Wohnzimmer und einen großen Balkon. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Ferien-Wohnanlage, es ist alles sehr ordentlich, sauber und sicher. Und es gibt einen Swimmingpool, den wir aber nicht genutzt haben.Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter.

+: Lovely flat in a great location for us, close to amenities and to the beaches.

-: We booked a three night stay and had no hot water at all for 2 of those days, and only brownyellow cold water for one of the days. Not ideal when spending a few days at the beach with three small children. The owner tried to get the issue resolved but was unable to do so for the first two days of our stay due to Easter holidays? So we were unable to showerbath at the apartment and had to travel over half an hour each way to use the shower in our families hotel room (again far from ideal). No refund or compensation offered (was simply told if I wanted to cancel the remainder of our stay -on the 2nd night of our stay at 7pm- that I would need to contact booking.com, who take up to 24hrs to respond), we also didn't have enough bed linen and so had to wait a day to receive the bed sheet we needed, despite the booking stating we required a cot extra bed for 5th person. Advertised pool as being open and available for use however it was green and dirty for our stay so we were unable to use it, however it was being cleaned on the day we left. TV plug had been bent so we were unable to plug it in at the wall so couldn't use this either (not an issue for us but might have been for someone who wanted to spend more time in the apartment).

+: Good location if you have your own car or you are open to take a bus. Near to the great beaches and some shops. Clean and calm area, nice apartment with good swimming pool and very nice ocean view. Very nice and large terrace, nice to have air condition, but only 1 pilot is working. Sufficient kitchen appliance. Near to Cape Greco and other well-known places.

-: There was only 1 garbage bag for one week, same for toilet paper - 2 rolls of toilet paper for 1 week for 4 persons. There was no kettle. And after check-in there was no contact with owner, I wrote him thru booking but without any answer. In general, it's very nice apartment in good area but we were a little bit disappointed with the equipment. For example, there was a vacuum cleaner, but it didn't work, etc.

+: The property was very clean and comfy. The area is quiet with sea view.

-: The only thing that needs changing its the shower curtain as it was a bit old

+: Amazing view from the balcony! We miss it already. The apartment is clean and we loved the design. Great location. Would love to come back.
