Hotel Barceló Bávaro Beach 5*

+: The hotel is as I expected -- designed well for anyone across a wide range of expectations and interests. I found nearly everything I expected.

-: As I was checking out, the Bavaro Beach Adult clerk told me that I had to pay in cash because his credit card machine had broken down. I explained I had no way to do that. He said I should go across the lobby and get cash from the ATM. I told him I did not have a PIN to do that, nor could I withdraw that much cash at a time. He showed me that my credit card was rejected by another of the hand-held credit card machines. Unfortunately for him, I recognized this scam, and told him I could not pay other than that credit card. I knew he was lying. I explained to him that all he had to do was write down my credit card number and enter it after his machine got fixed. He saw that I had outfoxed him, and so he went and got a third hand-held credit reader, and MAGIC, "It worked." One of your employees is stealing from you -- andor your guests

+: Muy variada la comida, buena bebida, el personal muy atento, las instalaciones excelente, siempre pintando, cortanto el césped... Lo recomiendo totalmente

-: Cleanliness, most of the staff not pleasant, wanted to upgrade was denied.

-: Reception. Mi hanno delegato a risolvere un probelma sorto tra booking.com e Barcelò. Due ore e mezza passate in reception dopo ben tredici ore di volo. in quel frangente non mi hanno offerto nemmeno un bicchiere di acqua. Semplicemente vergognoso.

+: Localização e instalações em geral, excelente.

-: Como já bem sabido por todos, o Barcelo all inclusive não é diferente dos outros grandes hotéis de Punta Cana e Cancún, onde os americanos e europeus dão gorjetas em dólares para cada atendimento, o que para eles não é significativo, mas para nós brasileiros com a moeda desvalorizada, essas gorjetas as vezes são mais caras que, por exemplo, o drink que estamos pegando. Sem dar gorjetas o resultado é sempre ma vontade no atendimento nos bares e restaurantes, e isso durante os sete dias de hospedagem. Até mesmo na arrumação do quarto, sem deixar boas gorjetas em dólares, nos deixam “na mão”. Dos seis dias de hospedagem completos, em dois não fizeram a arrumação, apesar da placa de serviço deixada do lado de fora da porta. Algo que deveria ser tratado não somente por esse hotel, mas em todos eles, pois os valores das moedas dos países são diferentes. E nem pense em dar moedas, ficam ainda mais irritados.

+: Tudo !!! Estrutura fantástica, limpeza muito boa e funcionarios simpáticos e muito prestativos. Reserve jantares no Chez e HOYOS 19 excelentes opções.
