+: A super safe location with mostly friendly staff. All of the food waiters were incredible and understanding with my food allergy. The pool waiters were hit and miss but overall everyone was lovely. The room was large and spacious, clean and cool.
-: There was a miscommunication on arrival with our luggage which meant we didn’t receive our luggage to our room until my husband went and collected it himself from the front desk area.

-: The food was horrible. Much of it seemed like it was old reheated food that was recycled between the restaurants.

-: Wish the rooms were cooler. The thermostat would not go below 22 Celsius asked if we could get it adjusted and they never came as promised.

+: Cannot beat the location! All of our meals were super quality and quite delicious from the breakfast, beach snack bar to the restaurants. The service and staff were happy, friendly and always so helpful! Miguel was an immense help during our stay, we wanted for nothing!
