Ivy Cyrene Island Resort has been totally renovated such as, room furnisher; curtains; mattress; LCD, etc.. with modern style and restaurant and public areas and suitable design to comfort the clients, re-opening on 02nd of May 2022 Ivy Cyrene Island Resort offers 2 outdoor pools, a private beach and spacious rooms with air conditioning. The rooms at Ivy Cyrene Island Resort are warmly decorated and include satellite TV, a minibar and a private bathroom. Room service is available. Guests at the Ivy Cyrene Island Resort can enjoy a variety of buffets and menus in the resort’s restaurants. The Al Baida Pool Bar offers cocktails and features regular entertainment, such as live music and karaoke parties. Guests can relax around 1 of the large outdoor pools, enjoy the spa and join in with water aerobics or yoga classes. Ivy Cyrene Island Resort animation team will keep children entertained all day with face paints and basketball games. The 24-hour reception staff can arrange snorkeling trips in Ras Nasrani coral reef and shuttle services to Sharm El Sheikh Airport, a 10-minute drive away. The hotel enjoys a beautiful 300-meter sandy beach with an easy access to the sea and the Coral reefs.

+: I would like to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation to Mr. Maher, the Restaurant Manager for his tremendous efforts and dedication in resolving the issue we encountered during our stay. His intervention on the day before our departure was crucial in changing the negative impression we had formed about the hotel.We truly appreciated his commitment to guest satisfaction and his focus on delivering high-quality service, which positively impacted our experience. It's professionals like Mr. Maher who make all the difference, and we are grateful for his actions.Once again, thank you very much for all your efforts, and we wish you continued success in your career.
-: 1. Poor Planning and Inconvenient Location: The hotel is poorly planned and located far from any services or attractions. Within the hotel, the rooms are situated at an inconvenient distance from essential facilities like the pool, restaurant, or any other amenities, requiring long walks to reach them. Additionally, accessing the beach requires a special shuttle service, which means waiting at designated spots for the hotel bus—a huge inconvenience.2. Unprofessional Reception Staff: The reception staff were consistently rude and unhelpful. There were multiple instances of arguments between the staff and guests, which is simply unacceptable in a hospitality setting.3. Poor Room Cleaning: The housekeeping staff did a terrible job of cleaning the rooms. It was clear that no attention to detail was given, and the rooms were barely cleaned. The overall cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired.4. Terrible Food: The food at the hotel was atrocious. There were hardly any dishes that were palatable, let alone enjoyable. It felt like the chef had no experience or interest in providing quality meals.5. Rude Restaurant Manager: The restaurant staff, especially the manager Emad Abdullah, were extremely discourteous. On multiple occasions, there were heated exchanges between him and the guests. His lack of professionalism severely impacted our dining experience.6. Poor Air Conditioning in Reception: The air conditioning in the reception area was almost non-existent. It barely functioned, making the waiting experience uncomfortable.7. Discrimination Against Local Guests: There was a noticeable difference in how Egyptian guests were treated compared to those of other nationalities, despite everyone paying significant amounts for their stay. This was extremely disappointing and made us feel undervalued.8.

-: تم تاخيرى فى استلام غرفتين الى الساعة 3 بالرغم من ابلاغى بالوصول مبكرا و التعامل بالاستقبال ليس جيدا و لا يوجد حسن معاملة اطلاقا.المطعم لايوجد به تنوع و المسؤل عنه تعامله سىء بالنسبة للمصريين وابلغت الادلرة بذلك..وعند مغادرتى تم طلب فرق مبلغ من الريسبشن علما باننى دفعت كل المبلغ كما فى بوكينج اول قبل استلامى للغرف ب 3 ساعات ..لن اكرر التجربة بهذا الاوتيل
